This is as good a place as any to record my prediction for our Premier League standing come the end of the season in May 2026. 

My preferred finishing position would be 6th. One place above our best ever finish but out of the European competitions which would be too soon for us.

But realistically I’m going for a finish in either 12th, 13th or 14th place.

There I’ve said it. No relegation but not in the top half of the table either.

I think at the top of the bottom is a reasonable shout.
