The meaning of a tree is to be tree; the meaning of the sky simply is the sky, and so on. We might say that from this perspective, the meaning of what’s happening is inseparable from simply what’s happening. And that “what” that’s happening moment after moment is all the answer there is. In the end, our question isn’t answered so much as it simply drops away.
